Nurse Practitioner London Ontario

We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic team!

Responsibilites

• Provide direction and leadership to RN’s, RPN’s, PSW’s, and other direct care staff in all aspects of resident care, within established legislative standards,
• Create care plans for residents, complete nursing documentation, and assist residents with move-in,
• Work collaboratively with attending physicians

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario,
• Experience working as a Nurse Practitioner,
• Experience in long-term care, with providing care for the elderly,
• Experience providing leadership and supervision in any healthcare environment.
• Must have a clear vulnerable sector screen, no older than 6 months, TB test results less than 6 months old, 3 Covid Vaccines.

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
